Dräger does support home working where roles are compatible to this style of working. We also look requests for part time working positively and if business needs allow, will try and accommodate these requests. Our polices; on maternity, paternity and adoption allow our employees time with their child as we recognise that such moments in life are extremely precious. Our flexible approach to time off for dependents allows our employees time away from work to support their family in times of emergencies.
